Printer Troubleshooting
Work through the printer path in order.

- 01Confirm the Zebra printer is powered on and has the correct labels loaded.
- 02Confirm the selected label size in Settings matches the physical media.
- 03For Wi-Fi printing, confirm the phone or tablet and printer are on the same local network.
- 04For Bluetooth printing, confirm the printer is paired with the device and Bluetooth permission is allowed.
- 05Run a test print from Settings.
- 06If the printer was asleep, try printing again after the app reconnects.
OCR Troubleshooting
Give the analyzer display a clean, square view.
If gas analyzer OCR does not detect the expected values, improve the image first. Use manual entry whenever the result is unclear.
- clean the analyzer display
- avoid glare and reflections
- fill the camera guide with the analyzer screen
- use the test-image picker to verify the workflow
- enter values manually whenever OCR output is unclear
